GROUPS AND PARTIES

Group Bookings: The activities we do, and our approach to facilitating them, are great for building resilience, growing confidence, building trust and team working skills, creative thinking and problem solving, or addressing particular issues within a group. We are often approached by schools, alternative education providers, youth or other community groups, colleges, universities or companies, to provide activities.
 

If you have an idea for a project with your group, want to develop an area of skills with a team or class, or just want to reward the people you work with, be they children, young people or adults, with some fun, challenging activities, that are also great ways to keep active, then get in touch and we can discuss how we can work together to make it happen!

Parties: We can host parties in any of the activities we do here at Dynamix. You can have a Skatepark, Extreme Trampoline, Aerial Circus, Hip Hop Dance or Parkour party! Our party slots outside of our normal ‘timetabled’ sessions, so that the park is not open to the public when parties are in. Trained supervisors run a warm up and introduction to the activities, and help participants learn and have fun throughout the party.
 

Costs: Skate park parties are £10 per head with a minimum booking of £100 (or 10 people) for 2 hours. These parties can include BMX, scooters, inline skates and skateboarding. Please let us know which activities most of the participants will do, so we can have the right staff on hand to support them.
 

-Equipment hire is not included in the party price.

For Aerial and Trampoline parties there is a minimum of a £150 spend for up to 6 participants, any extra participants are £20 per head with a maximum 10 participants for Trampoline and 8 for Aerial.
 

For Parkour parties there is a minimum of a £150 spend for up to 10 participants, any extra participants are £15 per head.
 

Parents can ‘join-in’ to help supervise and get involved in the party for free, any spectators are also free. If you want to do a mixture of activities, please talk to us about what you’d like and we’ll do our best to tailor the perfect party for you!

Party Food: You can make an advance order of our tasty 'home-made' food. There are meal deals for £2.50 or £3.50. See our café menu for the regular options. This is not included in the booking price, but is charged separately according to what you order. Alternatively, you can bring your own snacks and drinks (but we don’t allow food from local outlets like McDonald’s to be brought in).
 

You can bring your own birthday cake... our staff really like cake too! If you require any extra considerations/need to let us know about food allergies please let us know in advance, example: we can cater for vegetarians /culturally-specific food so you eat what you love!

Helmets cost £2 to hire.
 

We do not have limitless numbers of each type of equipment, so people with their own skateboards, scooters, bikes or helmets should bring their own, but anyone who doesn't have their own can hire from us. Bikes: £5, Scooters or Skateboards: £3.
 

We normally have spaces for skatepark party bookings between 7-9pm on Saturdays or 1-3pm on Sundays.
 

Trampoline/Parkour/Aerial or dance parties can take place at other times whilst the skatepark is open to the public, as long as there is not an existing class of that activity running at that time.
 

There is sometimes also more flexibility for booking during the School Holidays.
 

If there is high demand, we may book 2 parties into the same time slot, but we will do our best to inform you of this, and to make sure that the two groups are not too incompatible (ie, we wouldn’t put a party of 5 years olds in at the same time as 17 year-olds)
 

We ask for a deposit of £50 to confirm your party booking, this can be paid by debit/credit card, cash, cheque or BACS transfer. The balance for the cost of the party (incl. Food and/or equipment hire) can be paid at the time of the party in cash or by debit/credit card.
